Porsha Williams dating at 44
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams has shared new insight into her love life, admitting that she’s finally “figured out” dating at 44. This comes roughly a month after she publicly announced that she is dating both a man and a woman.
Speaking at CultureCon in Brooklyn on October 5, 2025, Porsha revealed that she has narrowed her focus to two people. “He is nice, and she is nice,” she told the audience. She emphasized that what makes these relationships different and healthier is that neither person embodies the narcissistic traits she says her ex-partners had.
Porsha said she spoke with her therapist about her discomfort with opening up, explaining that she’s unaccustomed to dating people who aren’t narcissists: “I’m having a hard time opening up because they’re not narcissists. And guess what narcissists do? They love-bomb you. They look perfect. They mirror you.”
She also described both her suitors as “challenging” her they ask difficult questions, don’t let her walk all over them, and won’t lower their standards just to get her. Because of that, Porsha admitted she doesn’t yet feel “safe enough” to fully open up.
At BravoCon 2025, she gave another update: while she’s still officially single, she’s starting to focus on one person. She also said she’s slowing down in dating, working on not falling in love too quickly and trying to better understand what she really wants in a partner.
