Regina Daniels threatens to expose Ned Nwoko
Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has issued a blunt warning to her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, declaring that if he does not “leave her alone,” she will expose everything alleging abuse, manipulation, and dark secrets. Her statements come amid a raging public dispute that has drawn media attention and political scrutiny.
Regina publicly accused Nwoko of orchestrating the arrest of her siblings, claiming the arrests are a pressure tactic to force her into returning to their union and into a suggested rehabilitation program. She lamented that her big brother and sister are already in custody, while her younger sister may face the same fate unless she complies.
In a series of emotional Instagram posts, Regina insisted that the real conflict isn’t about her alleged drug use, but about control. She admitted having used drugs, but said Nwoko weaponised that admission publicly branding her an addict to isolate her from her family. According to her, he deliberately cut off her communication with loved ones, seized her phones for weeks, and declared her mentally unstable whenever she resisted him.
She made serious allegations of enforced medical intervention, claiming he “called doctors to inject” her with drugs meant for bipolar disorder patients. She also referenced a private sextape that she says he holds suggesting she trusted him with it earlier in their relationship, and now fears how it could be exploited.
Regina further challenged the very legitimacy of their marriage. She claimed that they were never legally married in any court of law, saying that no official documents were signed. She argued that if there had been a legal marriage, she would have filed for divorce and repeated her plea for him to leave her alone.
On Nwoko’s side, he issued a firm rebuttal. In a public statement, he denied wrongdoing and insisted Regina has “nothing incriminating” on him. He denied the land-grabbing allegations, explaining that he paid for a piece of land on which he established a university, and claimed the accusations are part of a smear campaign.
He also questioned Regina’s motives, describing some of the claims as defamatory and warning that those behind them will have to prove their case in court. The senator dismissed her narrative about drug abuse as part of a long-standing issue, saying she has a “history of substance use” and that his concern for her involved seeking help.
The conflict has captured national attention, not just because of their celebrity status, but because of the serious nature of the allegations involving family members, law enforcement, medical claims, and possibly blackmail. Whether Regina will go ahead with her threat to “spill everything” remains to be seen, but the escalation has opened a difficult chapter in a very public and very personal battle.
