Moroccan socialite Laila Charani has responded to critics after she posted new photos with her husband, Ned Nwoko, showing affection and unity. According to a report by Linda Ikeji’s Blog, the photos featured the couple holding hands and gazing at each other, captioned “With my lovely husband.”
In the comment section, some social media users brought up past controversies including accusations made by Ned’s younger wife, Regina Daniels, and rumours about Ned’s personal life. One critic suggested Laila was fooling around, while another referenced a claim that Ned uses Viagra to be intimate with his wives.
Laila met those criticisms head-on. She denied the Viagra accusation, calling it “lies” and advised her followers not to take everything they see on social media at face value. When someone suggested she looked “alone” despite the pictures, she firmly replied that she and Ned are together every day.
In a second post, she adopted a confident tone: “I am living my life. Keep looking at me.”
Her response followed a broader context of speculation about their marriage. Earlier, she shared photos of her family including Ned and their children and referred to them as “My beautiful family,” seemingly quelling rumours of crisis.
