This figure surpasses the previous records held by African artists and marks a significant milestone for Afrobeats on the global stage.
The success of “I Told Them” includes standout performances such as the concert at London Stadium on June 29, 2024, where Burna Boy generated $6.147 million from 58,973 tickets sold, making it the highest-grossing single concert by any African artiste in history. The tour’s revenue was well balanced across both continents, with North American shows bringing in $15.19 million and European dates generating $15.27 million.
