Daniel Stern hospitalized after medical emergency

Home Alone’ star Daniel Stern was rushed to hospital earlier this month after suffering a medical emergency at his home in Somis, California. The Ventura County Fire Department responded to an emergency call on October 7 and transported him to a nearby hospital after assessing his condition. According to sources, Stern, who is 68, has since been discharged and, in a statement from his representative, is reported to be doing well now.

The actor, best known for portraying Marv Murchins in the Home Alone films, has shifted away from Hollywood in recent years. He now lives on a ranch in California, dedicating his time to art and sculpture while maintaining a quieter lifestyle.

While the specific health issue that prompted the emergency has not been disclosed, the quick response and his recovery so far have offered relief to fans and colleagues alike. He is expected to continue resting and monitoring his health in coming days.
