Nigeria to face Mozambique in AFCON Round of 16
Nigeria’s senior national football team, the Super Eagles, will face Mozambique in the Round of 16 at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco. The match has been confirmed following the conclusion of the group stage, with Nigeria topping Group C after winning all three of its fixtures against Tanzania, Tunisia and Uganda, securing nine points and a perfect record to advance.
