Chiamaka Nnadozie, the Nigerian goalkeeper now playing for Brighton & Hove Albion in the Women’s Super League, has been nominated for the PFA Women’s Super League Fans’ Player of the Month award for September 2025.

Since joining Brighton, Nnadozie has made notable contributions in goal, including keeping clean sheets and earning praise for her performances. In her first few appearances, she has registered two shutouts and helped Brighton accumulate key points early in the WSL season.

Her nomination places her alongside a competitive shortlist of WSL players, including Aggie Beever-Jones (Chelsea), Melvine Malard (Manchester United), Alessia Russo (Arsenal), Khadija “Bunny” Shaw (Manchester City), and Cathinka Tandberg (Tottenham).

To win the award, fans will cast votes via the official PFA voting platform. Nnadozie’s nomination underscores how impressive her debut months in the WSL have been and highlights her growing reputation in European women’s football.
