Robach, 52, shared the news first, followed by Holmes, 48, who said they wanted to control how the announcement was made this time.
Their relationship first made headlines in November 2022 while they were still married to other people—Robach to actor Andrew Shue and Holmes to attorney Marilee Fiebig. Both of them say that by the time they began their romantic relationship, their respective marriages had largely ended. Their public pairing led to both losing their roles at ABC.
They also revealed that Robach has been wearing her engagement ring in public for weeks without anyone publicly commenting on it, even in large settings like stadiums. Neither of them offered many details about the proposal itself. They expressed gratitude for the support they’ve received from friends and family since going public with the relationship.
