Court documents filed on October 9, 2025, reveal that Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, has received approximately $65 million in benefits from her father’s estate. The revelation comes amid a legal dispute between Paris and the estate’s executors over controversial payments and estate management practices.

In her June filing, Paris challenged “premium payouts” made in 2018 to three law firms, amounting to $625,000, contending that those payments were framed as gratuities and lacked proper documentation or court approval. The executors responded by defending their management, arguing that they turned a heavily indebted estate into a $2 billion asset and insisting that the payments were justified by extraordinary legal services.

In their motion, the executors assert: “Few have benefited more from the Executors’ business judgment than Petitioner herself, who has received roughly $65 million from the Estate in benefits.” They argue that this level of benefit would not have been possible had they followed a more conservative approach in 2009. The dispute is now set to be heard in court, with both sides accusing the other of overreach and seeking clarity on permissible payouts.
